Framework27 was built by operators who had spent 15 years inside Dubai businesses — running them, scaling them, fixing them, selling them. The pattern that kept showing up was the same: owner-operators running AED 2-20M businesses who knew something was wrong, but couldn't pin it down without an outside read, and couldn't afford a six-figure consulting engagement for the answer.
The existing options didn't fit. Big-firm consulting was too expensive and too slow. Solo consultants were too inconsistent — the quality depended entirely on which individual you got and what mood they were in. Online courses and frameworks didn't solve the problem either: a PDF of "27 things to check" doesn't help if you don't have time to check them yourself.
So we built the alternative. A productised audit that applies the same methodology to every business, scores it against fixed criteria, uses AI to handle the heavy lifting on the first pass, and puts two senior operators on the verification and delivery. Every Framework27 audit is delivered by three parties: one AI analyst called Axis, and two senior human operators. We're open about this because the division of labour is how the business works.
Axis is an AI analyst built on Claude, tuned on the Framework27 methodology, and trained to apply it consistently. Axis does the first-pass scoring, drafts every section, calculates the grade, builds the 90-day plan, and packages the final deliverables. Axis also fronts our public content — the weekly breakdowns, the explainer series, the monthly reports.
Axis is deliberately non-human in visual design and openly declared as AI everywhere it appears. Every video, every post, every draft carries an AI disclosure.

Every paid audit is reviewed by two senior human operators before it ships. We don't publish their names because Framework27 is built as a system, not a personal brand — if the business depended on one person, it would collapse the moment that person went on holiday.
Both are senior operators with 15+ years of experience running and scaling businesses across luxury retail, ecommerce, services, and brand management. Both have run P&Ls, made payroll, hired and fired, built ad accounts, written the copy, pulled the late-night data pulls. Neither is a management consultant or MBA grad.

We re-score every month. We publish every re-score. The point is to be honest about what's happening.

We only audit businesses in the UAE. We know the licensing, the payment processors, the ad landscape, the customer behaviour, the supplier ecosystem. We'll expand once we've earned it here.
Everything we recommend, we run on Framework27. Klaviyo, Google Ads, Meta, Cloudflare, Shopify, Xero, Postiz, GA4, Search Console. If we haven't used it, we don't recommend it.
