The upgrade path

Most businesses start with Get Your 270, then move to The Audit. A subset move to The Sprint or The Retainer afterwards. You can buy the next tier whenever it makes sense. If you're mid-audit and realise you want the Sprint, the audit fee is credited against the Sprint price.

How payment works.

The Audit (AED 4,950) — Paid upfront via Stripe. One-click checkout. Delivery begins within 2 business days of payment.

The Sprint (AED 29,500) — 50% on kickoff, 50% on delivery. Paid via Stripe invoice or bank transfer.

The Retainer (AED 19,500/mo) — First month paid upfront via Stripe. Subsequent months auto-charged on the 1st. 3-month minimum commitment, then month-to-month. Cancel by email with 30 days' notice — no exit interview.

VAT: All prices exclude 5% UAE VAT. We're VAT-registered and issue compliant invoices.

Currency: All prices in AED. USD equivalents calculated at 3.67 AED per USD.

Same rule applies to the first month of a Retainer. If by day 30 you think it's not working, we refund the first month and part ways clean.

FAQ

Pricing questions we get asked.

Why is the audit only AED 4,950 when consulting engagements cost 10x that?
Because AI does the heavy lifting on the first pass. A decade ago, a 27-section audit would have taken a team of three a full month and cost AED 80,000. Today, Axis handles the first-pass scoring in hours, senior operators review and verify, and the whole thing ships in seven days. We priced the audit at what it costs us to deliver + a reasonable margin — not at "what similar firms charge."
Why is the Sprint so much more than the Audit?
Because the Sprint is three weeks of two senior operators doing direct execution work. That's roughly 120-160 hours of senior operator time on top of the audit. At our standard retainer rate that would cost significantly more — the Sprint is priced as a package deal.
Is there a discount for annual retainer payment?
Yes. Pay 12 months upfront and you get 10% off (effective AED 17,550/month). Rare that anyone takes this up in year one — more common in year two when we've proven the ROI.
Do you offer payment plans?
For The Audit (AED 4,950), no — it's too small to justify. For The Sprint (AED 29,500), 50/50 is standard. For The Retainer, monthly is the default. If you need a specific structure for cash flow reasons, ask us.
What if I want to stop the retainer mid-month?
Give us 30 days' written notice (email is fine). We'll continue execution for those 30 days and then wind down. No exit fees, no penalty clauses, no "last month prepayment" trick.
Do you do custom proposals?
Only in one specific case: if your business has unusual needs that don't fit any of the four tiers (e.g. audit across three markets simultaneously, or a board presentation). In that case, book a call and we'll scope it. Everything else is productised.
Do you work with startups or pre-revenue businesses?
Yes, but Phase 3 sections (growth channels) will score low by default — not because you're failing, but because they're not applicable pre-revenue. Most startups get better value running the free assessment quarterly than buying the full audit until they have traction.
